TOUR PICK UP:

6:30 AM - Your exact pick up time and location will be provided at
the time of booking or via e-mail. (Please be aware that all times are approximate.
We cannot guarantee return times, weather or traffic conditions. We recommend that
you do not make show reservations or schedule flights from Las Vegas on your tour date.)

to Las Vegas at about 9:00 p.m. We depart from the strip at 7:15 a.m.
MEALS:
We provide Quality choices. We do not believe a hot dog, rice bowl or a sandwich is sufficient for a day
tour. Ask and compare, if we are going to do it we want to do it right.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:
We
will be happy to make changes (dates & times) with ample notice and
subject to availability. Cancellations outside of 48 hours prior to pick up time will result in a $35 per person processing fee. Cancellations inside
of 48 hours from pick up there will be no refund, however you will be able to travel within one year from your original travel date. No shows will be responsible for the entire cost
of the tour.

On our return trip to Las Vegas we will again make a rest, stretch, snack and smoke stop in Kingman before traveling to and across Hoover Dam, arriving in Las Vegas approximately 9:00 PM. No one else comes close to returning this early.

EXTRA
BAGGAGE & LUGGAGE: Due to increased security at Hoover Dam, luggage
is limited to one carry on per person. No square, hard-sided luggage allowed. One soft-sided backpack/duffel type bag per person is acceptable. Keep in mind that overhead compartments on busses are much smaller than those on an airplane. It must fit in the overhead
storage. We suggest if you have more than one carry on that you
call the bell desk at your Las Vegas hotel to have them hold your
extra luggage until your return. If you have questions regarding
